About Nolan
Nolan is a fourth generation realtor and is committed to building community with his clients and the greater Denver area. Born and raised in small town Iowa, real estate is in his blood. Nolan is a proud member of The Alchemy Group, an elite real estate team which currently ranks in the top 1% of all Denver area agents for total volume sold. The mission of The Alchemy Group is to transform the real estate experience, and Nolan's values of integrity, compassion, and faith allows him to cultivate authentic and trusting relationships with his clients for life. He knows his successful real estate business is making his grandfather's "Baker Real Estate" company proud.
Off the stage of real estate, Nolan is a proven supporter of local and national performing arts. Nolan is an established actor, having performed all over the country. He even spent a year singing on a cruise ship in the Caribbean! Spending most of his life as a working actor has made Nolan a master in relocation. He fell in love with Denver while performing here in 2018. He decided to make the mountains his permanent home in 2020 and feels so grateful for the opportunity to guide his clients to do the same.
Nolan is a natural story teller; using his trained skills to uplift and promote his client's real estate goals. His dedication, transparent communication, and market knowledge allows him to purposefully connect with his clients, and he is prepared to give an encore until you find your forever home.
