Nora Donovan

Real estate, construction, and design have been the foundation of my career for more than 25 years. As the former owner of Keltic Painting & Interior Design, I developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the importance of creating spaces that people are proud to call home.

Originally from Ireland, where I grew up on a farm, I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and dedication from an early age. After studying Interior Design, I moved to Westchester, New York, more than 25 years ago to begin the next chapter of my life. I met my husband on a construction site while we were both working on the same project. He is a builder with an engineering background, and together we have spent the past 26 years purchasing, renovating, leasing, and managing homes throughout Northern Westchester. Along the way, we raised our family in North Salem, where our children attended the North Salem Central School District.

My hands-on experience in real estate, renovations, construction, investment properties, and home staging gives my clients a unique advantage whether they are buying, selling, or investing. I understand not only how to market a home, but also how to recognize its potential and maximize its value.
