What we can accomplish by accessing the Private Exclusive Network is the ability to "test the market" with the price you most desire to sell your home for and determine if the market will bear that sale price, and your home does not accrue any days on market while we do that! The next phase is to launch your home within the Compass Coming Soon Network, which is a great place alert the public your home will be coming to market while building anticipation for when we actually launch your home into “Live Status”.

If your home could use some sprucing up or updates that would bring you a better sales price, we offer a Compass Concierge service to all of our sellers. If desired, we will provide you access to our money so your home can be updated prior to putting it on the market, so we can achieve a higher sale price, and all at no cost, no fees, & no interest charged on the funds used.
