About Nova
Nova Stephenson and her family have been Boerne residents since 2013. Prior to that, she lived in San Antonio and proudly boasts of being a Texas Resident for 28+ years. Although she grew up associated with the military and has lived all over the US and abroad, she can’t imagine living anywhere else! Nova loves being a Realtor with RSA Compass and servicing her clients throughout Boerne, San Antonio and the TX Hill Country. Her many certifications, personal real estate investing experience, interior decorating & home staging background, along with 20+ years of managing exemplary sales teams, give her a unique skill set in successfully helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Nova's areas of expertise include residential, land/ acreage, new construction, and real estate investing. Nova continues to remain very active within her community. She is currently involved and active in the Hill Country Women in Business, formerly serving as their Philanthropy Chair, and was a Woman of the Year nominee for 2020. She volunteers with several other local organizations during the holidays and throughout the year and is currently serving as a board member with Hill Country Mission for Health. She and her husband are longtime members of the local Airstream Club Chapter and love to travel with family, friends and their two dogs as often as possible.

Awards: Nova has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent within not only her brokerage, but also as a San Antonio Platinum Top 50 Agent Finalist for 2021-2022, 2022-2023. As well as received the RSA MVP award for 2022.
