Aaron Seawood has passionate fans and an impeccable reputation as an advocate, partner and confidant. "I’d call Aaron the Rolls Royce of real estate brokers. He’s hands-on with physical help and emotional support which people so often need when they are taking the step of selling their home. Hands on, heart on, wisdom on. We didn’t expect to make a real friend from our broker, but we have. Aaron turns the business of selling real estate into an art," remarks one satisfied client. Being a certified negotiation expert, he delivers top value for his clients while, at the same time, making the process a pleasant experience for all.
As the leader of the Carte Blanche Team, Aaron is attentive to both the numbers and nuances that make for a sophisticated real estate experience. He says, "With many brokers, it's all very transactional. We, on the other hand, demonstrate discretion, precision, and a genuine concern for the well-being of our people and their process.”
Prior to real estate, Aaron spent 15 years in entertainment spawning collaborations with a roster of platinum artists and influencers with notable stops at Virgin Records and Queen Latifah’s management company, Flavor Unit. Now, as a founding member of the newly minted Sports/Entertainment Division at Compass, this foundation has served Aaron well to service the distinct needs of athletes, entertainers, and celebrities.
Originally from San Diego, Aaron has been a resident of New York City for 22 years and lives in Bedford-Stuyvesant with his wife and two children. He loves football, basketball, boxing, photography, and the occasional cigar.
