Aimee has been a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania since 1995 beginning her career in commercial real estate including office sales and leasing. In 2005, Keystone Development and Investment hired Aimee to build their Investor Relations platform where she used her sales and marketing experience to raise equity for the companyās private real estate office and mixed-use investments. Embracing change, Aimee navigated to the residential real estate world with Compass RE in 2022 and has since closed $18.0 Million worth of residential sales and lease transactions.
She has successfully bridged her expertise of applying the strategic insights learned in the commercial realm to the unique dynamics of residential properties. Whether itās guiding first-time buyers through the process or assisting seasoned homeowners in making strategic market and value-based decisions, she is committed to structuring tailored solutions that align with her clientsā goals. Aimee was born, and still resides, in St. Davids, PA. She graduated high school from Notre Dame Academy in Villanova, PA and has her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in French from the University of Pennsylvania. Though she has never lived far from home, her passion for travel takes her to all corners of the world including 31 countries spanning North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. She is also a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan who gets to as many games as her work load allows!
