Alessandra’s natural tendency to use her creative sensibility and entrepreneurial instincts to build out raw commercial spaces and rent art studios as income properties progressed into a formal career in real estate. Her artistic eye provides her clients with an invaluable detail-oriented approach that allows them to realize a complete vision of their future home. She has been fascinated by New York City real estate since moving to the city 12 years ago from upstate New York. She has lived between Manhattan and Brooklyn, finally settling in the Lower East Side where her inner foodie rivals her love for architecture and hidden gems. She’s continuously motivated by the “hunt” to find the perfect home for a diverse roster of clients as well as making sure every detail is accounted for while selling or renting her clients’ properties. Organized & down to earth, Alessandra prides herself on becoming the expert on any property and neighborhood that she represents.
A born entrepreneur, Alessandra sees the bigger picture, taking advantage of investment opportunities from a young age. She has grown her business through her attentive communication, organizational and creative skills over the years.
Alessandra volunteers as an art teacher and serves on the board of The East African Center, a non profit elementary and middle school in rural eastern Kenya, and enjoys volunteering locally with NY Cares and at Siempre Verde Community Garden in her neighborhood.
