Growing up in a family of property owners/investors in Taiwan and New York cemented Alexandra's interest in real estate early on. She herself bought her first apartment at age 19, and has remained extremely aware and on top of the market for new opportunities.
Since moving to New York City over 20 years ago, Alexandra has rented and owned in various neighborhoods including Union Square, Gramercy, the Lower East Side, Carnegie Hill, and Park Slope, Brooklyn where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys working with clients throughout the city to find that best-suited home for their unique goals and lifestyle.
In addition to her strong market knowledge and understand of investment value, Alexandra has a genuine desire to connect with each and every client. She is extremely intuitive in reading people's needs, and adept at researching and securing the best solutions available.
Because lasting relationships are her top priority, Alexandra takes as much time as necessary to understand a client's personal situation and real estate aspirations for the long and short term. Being bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, fluent in Taiwanese and conversant in French allows her to work with a diverse clientele who are seeking primary homes and investment properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Alexandra holds a BFA in Film Production from New York University. She previously worked in creative and executive roles in the film and beauty industries honing her expert client service and marketing skills. Outside of her work and family commitments, Alexandra is an active individual whose interests include fitness, foreign films, interior design, food and fashion.
