Bachelor of Arts in English from Bates College.
Andrew is a Philadelphia native and Bates College graduate with backgrounds in marketing, sales, finance and creative writing. With such a diverse repertoire, Andrew has approached his role as a real estate agent with an entrepreneurial mindset. It is the culmination of these skills and experiences that have propelled him to interpret such a dynamic New York City marketplace and become an active investor in New York real estate: as a Park Slope home owner and landlord, Andrew practices what he preaches.
In addition, by placing himself in the shoes of those he serves, Andrew has discerned a top-to-bottom understanding of the goals and motivations of his clients. More importantly, however, Andrew believes complete professionalism (listening, analyzing, and transparency) results in long-term relationships and has secured his role as a trusted advisor to all types of net-worth individuals.
When not previewing properties, analyzing trends, or reading about the real estate market, Andrew enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and clients outside of the business arena. Some of his favorite activities include trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, and playing a round (or two) of golf.
If you’re looking to buy, sell, rent or invest in New York City real estate then please feel free to contact Andrew at anytime. Even if it’s just for professional advice, there’s no pressure at all, Andrew is always glad to help.
