Originally from Paso Robles, California, Bill has nurtured a passion for real estate since an early age. After earning a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado and a Master of Professional Studies from the University of Hawai'i, Bill's early professional career spanned the Pacific, as he worked on projects in Hawaii, French Polynesia, Northern Mariana Islands and the Philippines. More recently, as Senior Director of Marketing to support real estate sales at The St. Regis Residences in New York, Bill cultivated an extensive network of clients and contacts in Manhattan's luxury real estate marketplace.

Bill is a designated preferred broker for resales at The St. Regis Residence Club, New York, and has been handling fractional and whole ownership residential sales and marketing in the building since 2005.
