As founder of The Family Office team at Compass, Cindy currently advises 25 family office clients, maintains a database of more than 300 family office relationships, and has overseen more than $3 billion in residential portfolio transactions spanning primary residences, investment assets, and multi-generational legacy holdings.
Cindy specializes in residential acquisitions, strategic property repositioning, and global executive relocation for UHNW individuals, multi-generational family offices, and private wealth managers. She co-founded Women of Compass, a network of more than 5,000 agents advancing female wealth-building through homeownership, serves on the Board of Directors of Chashama, and is a member of the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle.
Cindy holds a master's degree from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and has been featured in The Financials Times, The New York Post, Inman, HousingWire, and Curbed.
