Cindy Scholz

Cindy Scholz is a Real Estate Broker and the Global Head of The Family Office Division at Compass, the advisory she founded to serve ultra-high-net-worth families across New York City and the Hamptons. Over more than 20 years in residential real estate, and as one of Compass's founding agents, Cindy has advised family offices, private equity-backed portfolios, and institutional capital allocators, including LivCor at Blackstone, for whom she led a $680 million acquisition that grew to more than $1 billion in value within 18 months, the second-largest residential real estate transaction in New York City history.

As founder of The Family Office team at Compass, Cindy currently advises 25 family office clients, maintains a database of more than 300 family office relationships, and has overseen more than $3 billion in residential portfolio transactions spanning primary residences, investment assets, and multi-generational legacy holdings.

Cindy specializes in residential acquisitions, strategic property repositioning, and global executive relocation for UHNW individuals, multi-generational family offices, and private wealth managers. She co-founded Women of Compass, a network of more than 5,000 agents advancing female wealth-building through homeownership, serves on the Board of Directors of Chashama, and is a member of the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle.

Cindy holds a master's degree from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and has been featured in The Financials Times, The New York Post, Inman, HousingWire, and Curbed.
