"Every client is unique, and every property is too. Matching the two is what it is all about."
Cortney understands that just as every client is unique, every property is too.Buying and selling a property is a very personal experience and Cortney believes the best way to serve the needs of her clients is through building a relationship based on trust, communication, discretion and hard work. Prior to working in real estate, Cortney was a recruiter in the Financial Services industry. Using her natural ability to listen to and understand the specific needs of her clients, she was able to get them the best possible talent in a very competitive market.
Cortney grew up in Western New York and received her BSBA and MS in Human Resources from Western Carolina University. Cortney and her husband are shareholders in a co-op on the Upper West Side and serve on their board. Recently they have added a family home in Southampton, where they spend quality time with their son sailing, kayaking, and enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer.
