About Tessa

Tessa’s career in real estate began on the acquisition and investment side of the residential and multi-family market in the Greater Seattle Area. After 6 years in that role, she transitioned into the design and build side of the business working for a mid-size local developer. While she maintains her design consulting role, she now focuses most of her time representing buyers and sellers in the residential market helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Tessa’s clients value the expertise she has gained from her experience in rehab, new construction and interior design as it is often applicable to understanding the resale value, remodel feasibility or livability of the property in question. Her positive energy, impeccable attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile puts her clients at ease when navigating the competitive real estate market.

Tessa is a life-long native of the Pacific Northwest and graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance and marketing from the University of Washington. She resides in Kirkland with her husband, daughter and son.
