About Daniel
I was born and raised in North Brunswick, NJ, and graduated with a BA in economics from Rutgers University. I was fortunate enough to have received a golf scholarship, and in my senior year be the Captain of the team. Here is where I learned the importance of dedication, consistency, drive, and discipline. Over the past decade, these qualities have shaped me to the person I am today.
I've always found immense joy and fulfillment in making a positive impact on people's lives, and real estate has been an incredible avenue for me to fulfill that aspect. Being a real estate agent allows me to assist individuals and families in so many different ways, whether it be selling their homes, or finding their new home, making important investments, and navigating the exciting journey with them. It brings me great satisfaction to provide valuable guidance, support, and trustworthy service to my clients, helping them achieve their real estate goals and ultimately improving their lives. Real estate truly allows me to combine my passion for helping others and creating a meaningful and rewarding experience for both myself and those I have the privilege of working with.
I've been living in the city for the past 17 years, and in 2022 my wife and I purchased a home in the Lower East Side. Not only did we recognize the long-term value of the area, but it also presented us with an incredible opportunity to renovate and create a space that truly reflects our style and preferences. Through this process, I gained invaluable insights into the intricate world of renovations, allowing me to better guide and assist my clients in their own home improvement journeys.
Philanthropy is a cause close to my heart, as I love helping people, and I have actively served on the Associate Board of a non-profit organization called KACF (Korean American Community Foundation) and currently on the Board of Directors of my Coop in Lower East Side. Additionally, since 2018, I have proudly served as a "Big" for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, witnessing the incredible growth and development of my little from 8th grade to now a senior in college. It has been an immensely fulfilling experience to be a part of his journey. I also love dogs and have a 14 year old Shih Tzu, named Buddha. My wife and I actively train for HYROX and have placed inside the top 10 in almost every event we competed in, we recently won our age division, HYROX Rio Mixed doubles, (Nov 29th 2025). We have found this sport to have had a profound impact on our lives, physically and mentally.
