David joined Compass in February 2015, making him one of the longest-tenured agents at the company. Recruited by both big and small commercial firms, David instead followed his entrepreneurial spirit to Compass, then only a residential brokerage, to start a new commercial business from scratch and grow it his own way. 

The Graff Team provides an alternative to the corporate commercial names in the industry. We treat you like a person rather than a project and provide the highest level of customer service. We are careful to take on the right amount of listings to stay available to clients anytime, day or night. The Graff Team represents both landlords and tenants for retail, office, and sales transactions. From The Upper East Side to the Financial District as well as some areas of Brooklyn and Queens. With over 600M is leasing transactions and 100M in sales we have the experience and know-how to service all your commercial needs.  

Commercial is a 24/7 365 business, but in his downtime David can be found chasing his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or reading a good book at home.
