About David
David joined Compass in February 2015, making him one of the longest-tenured agents at the company. Recruited by both big and small commercial firms, David instead followed his entrepreneurial spirit to Compass, then only a residential brokerage, to start a new commercial business from scratch and grow it his own way. After only eight months his business had grown so much he needed to bring on another full-time commercial agent, Jake, and officially formed The Graff Team.
The Graff Team welcomed commercial agent Rachel in January of 2018, The Pandemic lead Rachel back to her family in Rochester but she is still part of the team as a referral director. The Pandemic also brought back Brad Krosser who interned for the Graff Team when were Urban Compass. Brad is a Brooklyn specialist who spent his last 3 years living in Williamsburg and doing Brooklyn retail, Office and Industrial deals. We can now say with confidence that we are truly Manhattan and Brooklyn specialists.
The Graff Team provides an alternative to the corporate commercial names in the industry. We treat you like a person rather than a project and provide the highest level of customer service. We are careful to take on the right amount of listings to stay available to clients anytime, day or night. We belief in quality over quantity, and have forged strong relationships with past commercial clients that fuel our repeat and referral business. Although continued success has taken the business to new heights and larger spaces, we continue to nurture smaller clients and provide the same level of quality service that defines our brand. From 1000sf to 100,000sf, The Graff Team treats all its commercial clients like VIPs.
The Graff Team represents both landlords and tenants for retail, office, and investment transactions. From Harlem to the Financial District, Brooklyn and Queens, we have the experience and know-how to service all your commercial needs.
Commercial is a 24/7 365 business, but when David is not working he can be found walking around with his yellow lab Maggie through the village, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or looking for any opportunity to take his car out and hit the open road. Jake can be found out in Williamsburg playing basketball or jamming on his guitar with friends. Rachel can be found with friends trying new restaurants all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. Brad can be found in Williamsburg where he enjoys running, practicing piano, walking through various local parks and exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants in Brooklyn with friends.
