Originally from Sharon, Massachusetts, Eric currently lives in Williamsburg. His mortgage banking and real estate development backgrounds help educate clients on the buying process, and provides sellers with a unique perspective. With over $250m in closed transactions, his experience in virtually every area of real estate makes Eric a uniquely well-rounded real estate specialist with expertise and guidance that put him a head above the rest.
After graduating with a BA in Marketing and Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business, Joe started his own marketing, printing and design company in Chelsea. It is his passion for New York City and seasoned knowledge of downtown that inspired him to become a real estate agent. Now with over four years experience and $40m+ worth of transactions, Joe has facilitated transactions with a multitude of clients.
A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Chris has worked in commercial and multi-family real estate for the past 15 years, and has been involved in the analysis and execution of over $1.0B in real estate transactions. Over his career, Chris has developed a unique ability to source, identity, renovate and reposition properties across multiple asset classes. Chris uses his background and valuation prowess to identify and analyze properties on behalf of his clients.
