Erez studied theatre prior to entering real estate, and he credits the craft with honing his world-class listening skills. "In acting, as in real estate, it's about understanding the other person's needs and responding to those needs," he says. "Each deal and every client is different, and you have to be prepared for anything."
Erez earned a BFA from Emerson College and today resides in Chelsea. When he's not dashing from showing to showing, he can be found volunteering for amfAR Generation Cure, the LGBT Center, and the Bowery Mission. You may find him jogging on the West Side Highway, spending time with his beloved dog Leo or heading to the Theatre to catch the latest opening.
