Eric Prigot

Eric is the founder of The Collective Team:

He founded the Collective team at Compass to bring together like-minded agents who believe the team's foundation is created through honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic. New York area native Eric is a hands-on agent who knows a thing or two about relating to people on a deeply personal level—an experienced New York City agent who's risen through the ranks in the city's top firms.

Before Rocket acquired Redfin, Eric's team closed over $600 million in sales as a Rocket Homes Partner & Relocation Director for Compass in multiple cities and states.

Eric now oversees the Redfin partnership within Compass in numerous regions.  He is committed to providing his clients with the best home-buying and selling experience by leveraging tools and technology to make the real estate process seamless. His work ethic has earned him a solid reputation for his attentive 24/7 service and an amiable personality that often belies his fierce tenacity.

Eric attended Virginia Tech University on a full soccer scholarship. Today, he splits his time between Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. When not busy working, Eric loves to travel with his family, visiting friends across the country and abroad. Back home in New Jersey, you can usually catch him playing soccer, training jiu-jitsu, or going on adventures with his family.
