As an independent mortgage broker for over a decade, Eric developed a vast network of clients and referral sources many of which have become repeat loyal customers. Eric draws on his mortgage banking background not only to help educate clients on the buying process, but also to navigate them through unique financing situations. This distinctive knowledge base allows him to secure unprecedented terms for his clients, whether he is negotiating a complex seller-paid closing cost transaction or working on an unconventional mortgage contingency.
Eric also has personal experience as a real estate investor and developer having managed a portfolio of apartments and properties in the New York City area. Most recently he developed a seven-unit condo building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His experience in virtually every facet of real estate makes Eric a uniquely well-rounded real estate specialist with expertise and resources that put him a head above the rest.
Originally from Sharon, Massachusetts, Eric currently lives in Williamsburg. He has closed transactions involving lofts in DUMBO to co-ops on the Upper East Side. When not hard at work, he is a family man with a wife and two young children who enjoys traveling and golf. He has volunteered and fundraised for the Jimmy Fund via the Pan Mass Challenge for 12 years.
