About Jack Elliot
With over 100 closed transactions to his name and being consistently ranked in the top 10% of agents by total sales volume at his previous firm, Jack swiftly made his mark in the industry earning accolades and breaking sales records from the moment he set foot in New York real estate. He made headlines for a luxury condo sale on Fifth Avenue that earned the highest price per square foot in almost a decade and has been featured in top industry media, including The New York Times, Real Estate Weekly and The Real Deal.
A true "Englishman in New York," he's known for an unflappable grace under pressure and eminent dependability, earning him an elite reputation with buyers, sellers and international investors who value his discretion, transparency and drive. Clients repeatedly praise his "fun personality, lightning speed responsiveness, friendliness and trustworthiness," and call him "the kind of guy who you like and trust immediately."
The son of an architect, Jack Heard had grown up surrounded by floor plans and property maps, but it was while touring a New York City property that he felt a thrill that’s never left him. "At that moment, I knew I wanted to be in real estate—especially in my favorite city in the world," he says. "I just knew it was the perfect career for me."
With an entrepreneurial mindset and devotion to personal development, Jack offers his clients an energetic, proactive approach centered on creative marketing, stellar negotiation skills and a focus on numbers. Guided by deep reliance on market data, he frequently prepares customized property valuations to ensure clients are always getting the best deal. "Asking price is the asking price. What really matters is the market price," he explains.
With the ideal combination of skill and personality, Jack has built a rapidly loyal clientele and enviable referral business. In his free time, Jack supports the St. Georges Society—one of New York's oldest charities—and enjoys playing soccer, walking the city with his dogs Winnie and Poppy, and exploring New York’s exciting food scene with his wife, Miranda.
