Jannette Patterson

Jannette takes pride in aspiring to meet her own high standard of being the most reliable, responsive, and strategic broker - whether helping her clients sell their homes or find a home to buy or rent. She is a New York Residential Specialist, an elite group of 500 New York City brokers who have closed over $50 million in sales and have taken advanced training. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and was one of NRT's Top 1,000 Sales Associates in 2018.

Originally from Seattle, Jannette lived in San Francisco and Virginia before buying her home in the Alden on Central Park West. She spends quality time in Central Park with her rescued pooch, Tina Tofu, and planting and caring for city tree beds. She enjoys dining out, volunteering to help animals, and exploring New York. 

Jannette's passion for making this a better world for all is reflected in her pledge to make a donation to charity with every transaction. She gives 5% of her commission to non-profit organizations and she's on the Compass Cares Foundation Committee which funds a variety of local NYC charities.
