    His marketing skills have allowed him to repeatedly break sales records in multiple neighborhoods. He uses his extensive knowledge of development, preservation, and historical trends, and draws from his passion for design and photography in order to offer an arsenal of cost-effective strategies & solutions. He created “SAFT SELLS” a 30-point action plan he applies to all listings.

    As a Leasing and Marketing Director for top-tier developers The Naftali Group, The Witkoff Group, Ventura Land Corp, and Stone Street Partners, Jason is their advisor, sharing insight on demographics and comparables in order to build tailored marketing campaigns. He strikes the balance between leasing velocity and price optimization to increase asset value.

    Jason guides first-time homebuyers through the complexities of co-ops and condominiums. His process consists of education, goal-setting, and budgeting techniques to ensure his clients' peace of mind.

    Jason draws from him own experiences in order to guide his clients. In 2011, he learned Whole Foods leased a 39,000 square foot parcel of vacant land at 125th & Lenox, set to open in 2016. Jason moved to Harlem in 2012 and has been bringing many clients to the area to show them the value and quality of life uptown.
