Jesse Feldman’s 15 years in Manhattan and city-wide real estate has encompassed residential apartment sales, rentals, retail brokerage and property management.
Jesse’s career started as a Property Manager. Having represented several apartment building owners and developers of condominiums and co-ops (totaling more than 1,000 units), he has extensive knowledge of operations, maintenance, construction and unit offerings which enable clients to have a true perspective.
As an Agent, he trained under one of the top brokers at Corcoran for several years. Jesse ventured out on his own, inspired by his father, a senior Manhattan commercial broker for more than 30 years. In his decade in the business, he has been involved in over $375 Million Dollars of residential transactions.
With his academic focus in Hotel Management at the University of Delaware, Jesse knows the value of providing quality service. Forthright and conscientious, he is a perfectionist and scours every option tending to the details of each transaction. Representing both Buyers and Sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Jesse has a detailed memory of building histories and data which helps his clients make informed decisions. He has committed himself to learning many of the neighborhoods across the city in order to better service his diverse clientele and listings.
Jesse is an avid concert goer and is a long time resident of the Upper East Side.
