Jill has extensive experience working with buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, and has successfully transacted in both co-ops and condos. She is also very experienced in working with local and foreign investors, and she prides herself on helping clients make educated decisions by presenting them with pertinent facts and market analytics. Furthermore, Jill has worked with developers to help them increase ROI on their investment properties and was an integral part of rebranding and leasing a 60-unit rental building.
Along with her team, Jill has completed over $200 million in real estate transactions to date, which is a testament to her friendly personality and her ability to seamlessly guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties in New York. Prior to embarking on her career in real estate, Jill worked for Yahoo, where she honed her marketing and social media skills.
A longtime Upper East Side resident, Jill is an avid sailor, traveler and runner with two New York City Marathons to her credit. Both races were run in support of the American Cancer Society, a cause close to her heart.
