The buyers and sellers she represents appreciate her integrity and attention to detail as well as the warmth, enthusiasm, and care she brings to each relationship.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jodie has called New York City home since 1983 and has bought, renovated, and profitably resold multiple properties in the various Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods where she’s lived. She uses her real estate investment experience, and her passion for architecture and design, to help clients find a property and plan improvements that maximize resale value. In addition to offering the benefit of this hands-on experience, serving on cooperative and condominium boards has sharpened her sense of what makes a place a wonderful home, and a great investment, too. Jodie is also a Certified Negotiation Expert.

Before joining Compass, Jodie was a top broker at Corcoran where she won many of the firm’s most prestigious awards. She was more recently affiliated with Brown Harris Stevens. Prior to real estate, Jodie was a marketing writer and strategic communications consultant to educational, cultural, and government organizations and corporations in almost every sector. Jodie holds several degrees in literature and creative writing has lived abroad, traveled extensively, and is conversational in French. She and her partner have homes in Brooklyn and the Catskills.
