Kathleen Fallon believes that owning a great home creates the foundation for you to live your best life! Kathleen comes to Compass from a boutique brokerage in the Hamptons where she worked on everything from residential home sales to second home sales, investment properties and foreclosures. At Compass, Kathleen is a busy buyer's agent and especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers! She also does residential sales and rentals.

Before joining the exciting world of real estate, Kathleen was a marketing and sales professional with experience in the toy industry, Olympic equestrian sports and child welfare. She has expertise in developing revenue streams from sponsorships & licensing, event management, content development and digital sales.

Kathleen grew up in the Hudson Valley and Long Island graduating from Millbrook School, Kenyon College and The New School. She has lived all over the tri-state area but now calls Manhattan home. She is an avid world traveler, and loves photography, home decor and horses. Kathleen looks forward to helping you find your dream home!
