In 2021, Kathy's professional vision took on a transformative new dimension when she acquired an Austrian passport. Inspired by the profound freedom and security of a true "Plan B," she partnered with an elite Austrian finance and development firm to build a dedicated bridge for American capital seeking a foothold in the European market.
With the global investment market projected to reach $1 trillion in 2026, Kathy recognized that today's elite investors need more than a transactional broker. They need a full-service platform that pairs the best international opportunities with the visa and residency programs that unlock them, guided by a clear understanding of the legal and tax implications. To meet that need, she is preparing to launch Global Atelier, bridging the gap for U.S. agents to do more business abroad alongside vetted professionals and to put genuine "Plan B" strategies within their clients' reach.
Kathy's strategic intuition is rooted in a 40-year legacy as a businesswoman and creative thinker. Before real estate, she was a top fashion designer for iconic labels including London Fog and Miss Gallery, an early chapter that became her training ground in global logistics, sourcing manufacturing across Southeast Asia and scouting European markets for the next big idea. She approaches real estate with the eye of a designer and the mind of a manufacturer, reading the "supply chain of luxury" so that every asset is both aesthetically exceptional and structurally sound.
