Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "Nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm."
It is with great enthusiasm and true passion that Kathy brings to all things related to New York City Real Estate. She has been a licensed Associated Broker for the past 17 years and is continually honing her skills to meet the ever-evolving demands of a complex real estate market which includes her certificate in Real Estate Development at the prestigious NYU Shack School of real estate. So, whether you are in the market to sell, buy, invest in or develop a property, Kathy is one of the few brokers with the breadth of knowledge and experience to address your every need. And, as her many loyal customers proclaim, "She has that personal touch for guiding you through any process seamlessly".
Sellers have benefited from her uncanny artistic ability to analyze their property and showcase it to its best advantage. Or, if it's empty, she has the know-how to stage it virtually. She keeps Buyers up-to-date on property values, (which is a key factor in helping them effectively determine worth and negotiate the best price), while simultaneously providing them with the education they need to make smart purchasing decisions. Her clients will tell you: "she is a tireless negotiator and never lets up till the ink is dry." As a testament to her hard work and diligence, Kathy was appointed broker specialist for two Manhattan buildings where she has set new sales records for highest prices achieved.
In 2014 Kathy's business took on an important new direction; helping investors and developers identify lucrative opportunities in real estate, with a focus on East Harlem. Past developments include the appointment to head the sales and marketing for a ground-up development of a 20 unit rental building which has been successfully leased. Current projects in work Include: appointment to market the conversion of an industrial warehouse building into 14 condo units some of which will be sold as 'white box', leaving it up to the buyer to reimagine the space as suited. Other new projects are in the pipeline as well and will be unveiled shortly - stay tuned!
Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 30 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer working for such notable companies as: Miss Gallery, Foxland and London Fog, among others (in addition to designing for private labels).
