Kila Lamadora is the Co-Founder of The Dream Team, an all-women powerhouse real estate team based in Brooklyn, NY. With over a decade affiliated with Compass as one of the company’s first 100 agents, Kila has established herself as a trusted advisor, connector, and advocate for her clients on both coasts. She is dually licensed in New York City and the California, bridging markets from Brooklyn to the Bay Area with exceptional care and expertise.

Her passion for real estate was ignited by her grandmother’s savvy investment skills, which inspired her to see property as a pathway to building legacies. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kila relocated to New York City nearly 20 years ago and has lived in Bedford-Stuyvesant. With her bi-coastal perspective and deep neighborhood expertise, she has seen firsthand the transformative effect Brooklyn’s evolution has had and the opportunities it presents today.
