"What's there to say about Kishia? She was INCREDIBLE! She was easy to talk to, not pushy, but on the flip side, she was hustler and worked to get what I needed. The first time we went out to look for a place, it was getting to know me and figure out what I was looking for. The 2nd time we went out, Kishia found places I was totally into. Then she found my dream apartment! We live in a city where 3 bedrooms are almost impossible to find. Not without the living area being a shoe box or the bedrooms being a walk-in closet. "This was my first real estate purchase--a one bed in brooklyn--and I'm so happy that I chose to work with Kishia. Her calm, thoughtful, gracious presence on almost all of my apt visits was a huge help to me. She asked all the questions that I, as a first time buyer, would never even have thought of. We had a thorough debrief after each one. She could sense when I was talking myself into something that I wasn't overwhelmingly happy with, and would alway caution me that I will "know it when I see it," that I would get a certain feeling. I began to think that in my relatively tight budget, I would never find anything even close to rivaling my current rental in terms of beauty and light. But she was right. After looking at about 30 apts in a short period of time (during the peak of covid) we saw a co-op sponsor unit that not only ticked all my boxes for the apt itself, it was also in the exact location that I had hoped for. Which I did this week! The process with the sponsor was also challenging and she always held my ground with them. Extremely responsive to all my texts and calls throughout our 4-5 month process, kind and wise, you will be incredibly grateful if you choose to go with Kishia. Bonus points: I'm an avid cyclist and with covid raging, I didn't want to take the subway nor did I want her to. At my prompting, she got her brother's road bike and together we cycled to all our appointments! Making it super fun--I always looked forward to my apt search with Kishia.
