About Laura
A true testament to Laura's experience and success is the way she successfully navigates every type of real estate market, whether it's rising, on a downturn, or anything in between. A broker since 1996, Laura's regular clientele includes buyers, sellers and developers, affording her a comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace that she draws on for every transaction. For 20 consecutive years Laura has ranked in the top 1% of national producers. During her long tenure at The Corcoran Group, she achieved the distinction of being a member of the Corcoran's President's Council, representing the top 25 brokers in the entire company.

Laura’s foundation of success was built over 25+ years of selling properties satisfying clients as a results-driven New York City real estate broker. Her seasoned expertise has involved closing deals throughout Manhattan Brooklyn, working with all types of properties including townhouses, co-ops, and condos. Laura's particular success lies in Historic Ditmas Park where she has commanded the market for more than two decades and is credited for singlehandedly restructuring the pricing with her record-breaking sales. Laura maintains that while products may differ, it is important to look at any market holistically, recognizing that the values of one can influence the other. For Laura, the successful negotiation of a deal requires not only a clear understanding of the financial and practical interests of the buyer and seller but also what she refers to as tactical agility; being able to adapt appropriately to changing situations and reacting decisively and effectively.

Originally from Brooklyn, Laura earned a degree in Marketing and Communications from FIT and enjoyed an exciting progression of careers. Highly entrepreneurial, with a keen visual sense, Laura owned a metal fabrication business doing custom fabrication for architects, interior designers, and museum artists. Her work was prominently featured in countless design publications including Elle Decor and Architectural Digest. In the world of high fashion advertising and marketing, Laura produced award-winning advertising campaigns and fashion segments for Bloomingdales, ABC, and Good Morning America, among others. Her seasoned sales and marketing skills, combined with her refined design aesthetic allow her to envision the complete potential of properties entrusted to her by sellers, as well as recognize quality and value for her buyers. Above all, the aspect of her work that Laura values most highly is her meaningful exchanges with her clients. In her words, "It's an honor to be chosen to partner with someone on the purchase or sale of their most valuable asset, the collaboration toward a successful conclusion is immeasurably gratifying." Outside of Real Estate, Laura is on the Board of The Ditmas Park Association. She enjoys an active lifestyle and loves spending time with her family and dogs.
