Formerly a decorated National Rhythmic Gymnast and classical ballerina, McKenzie spent the majority of her life training for the Olympics before transitioning her determination and unique discipline into the real estate world.     As a New York Historian with an incredible knowledge of New York's transformation from a trading post into a bustling metropolis, McKenzie is well-known for her premier selling skills, customized marketing plans, and her elegant approach to selling and buying real estate. Specializing in condos, co-ops, townhouses and historic homes in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, McKenzie has broken sales records at a number of buildings throughout New York.

    McKenzie attended Horace Mann and Hamilton College where she received her Bachelor of the Arts Degree in History as well as Dance. McKenzie is a member of the Landmarks Preservation Conservancy, the Historic Districts Council, the Brooklyn Heights Association and the Historic House Trust. McKenzie currently resides in the Meatpacking District and dedicates her free time to New York history and preservation, dancing ballet, and her beloved Shiba Inu, Winter.

    The former Mark Skinner House was originally built in 1892 and dedicated as a library in 1897. In 1964, the library added an addition to the building creating a six level structure.
