"Miriam was absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish as we searched for a Manhattan co-op. She was always available, even in the preliminary stages of our search when we researched neighborhoods and price ranges. By the end of our second outing (after seeing at least 12 places with her), she truly understood what we wanted and what would appeal to us. Whenever a co-op that might meet our needs came on the market, she promptly notified us and was more than willing to preview whichever ones we felt were worth pursuing.
