About Molly
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Molly has extensive knowledge of New York City’s many neighborhoods. Having witnessed the changing markets and New York’s real estate boom first-hand, Molly is on top of market and pricing trends across all boroughs.
In 2016 Molly began working with Danielle Lurie, who had just been lauded as the top new agent across all Manhattan and Brooklyn. On The Jane Advisory Team, Molly learned her effervescent style of doing each deal with passion, dedication, and also integrity. Molly uses her terrific organizational skills, keen emotional intelligence, and sense of humor to ensure that her clients’ needs are always met and that the process is stress-free and enjoyable. Working on The Jane Advisory Team, Molly has helped oversee and generate over $74 million in transactions on to date across the co-op, condo, townhouse, and rental markets.
Originally from the theatre world, Molly attended the distinguished Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts (the school which FAME was based on). During her college years at the prestigious Emerson College in Boston, Molly discovered and fell in love with film. Her training continued after graduating college with Terry Schreiber, a theater director, acting teacher and founder of the T. Schreiber Studios in New York City, described as one of the foremost professional theater studios that helped make New York City the theater capital of the world.
Molly brings her gifts in the performing arts to her work in real estate by adding her own creativity and outgoing nature to each interaction. She has a wonderful report with her fellow agents in the business, which is the first step to ensuring a smooth deal for her clients.
