Nicholas’s passion for real estate was discovered at a young age. Growing up in a real estate development family, he was constantly visiting construction sites, exploring new residential developments and studying architecture and design trends.
Originally from Newport Beach in Southern California, Nicholas has also lived in San Francisco and London. He graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics. Nicholas has visited over 30 countries and maintains social and business connections abroad.
