Nick knows Brooklyn.

A broker of 20 years in Brooklyn, Nick has a deep appreciation for the charm that each neighborhood possess. He has developed the skill to match his repeat buyers and sellers with Brooklyn properties. Nick works effectively with them by helping all parties make good decisions on sound investments. He has a nuanced understanding of valuation and the driving forces behind it all. Among his accomplishments, he is known as a townhouse specialist, but his experience has encompassed all facets of real estate. Nick’s laser focus, discreetness and honest approach regarding clients’ needs has been the foundation for building an enviable client base. As an avid collector of historical neighborhood memorabilia and photographs, he was an early advocate of BoCaCa (Boerum Hill/Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens).
