Noah found a passion for buildings and a connection to people through architecture and real estate at an early age. The son of an architectural preservationist, Noah has been immersed in the goings on of house museums, landmark districts and architectural review boards for as long as he can remember. It is through this exposure that Noah adopted both a deep respect and passion for buildings and their architects. By coupling this sentiment with a modern viewpoint and sharp understanding of the markets, Noah's work in real estate offers him the chance to contribute to an evolving landscape.
Just prior to joining his first firm, the Corcoran Group, Noah completed his B.A. in Economics right in the midst of the Great Recession. It felt only logical to employ his entrepreneurial spirit and hedge his bets from a scarce job market by diving right into the industry. As a result of his continued tenacity, Noah quickly advanced to closing over $150M in transactions by working alongside top players in both resale and new development product. He became one of the youngest associate brokers in the company and after nearly five years of tenure, Noah garnered his experience and set sail for the industry’s leading tech firm: Compass.
In the spirit of continued collaboration and exposure to the high end of the market, Noah was invited to join LaChance + Team, lead by one of Compass’ top producers, Debra LaChance. It is with Debra and her constituents that Noah continues to adopt an even broader and in-depth appreciation for the markets, its players, products and consumers. Noah’s core belief is that an industry so rooted in the past, yet projecting into the future, must be fostered by leaders who respect this duality. With an unwavering focus on technological advance, a knowledgeable nod to history and a genuine emphasis on humanity and the client, the spirit of Compass only serves to uphold Noah’s ideals.
Whether purchasing for the first time, selling a prized family townhouse, or conceptualizing a new development, your efforts and goals will be protected and propelled forward to successful closure by Noah and the LaChance Team.
