A native of Brooklyn Heights, raised in a townhouse by an interior designer and a lawyer, Patrick has always had an obsession with real estate, design and details.
He started his professional life as a commercial film editor and director running his own business in New York, but has worked extensively in Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Shanghai and around the world, giving him a global perspective and a large network of people he is connected to. With his refined eye, creative ability, problem solving skills and dedication to outstanding client service, companies such as Apple, Google, Netflix, Nike, BMW, Budweiser, and Coke have all trusted Patrick with their brands because of their confidence in his ability to deliver. So after a long successful career in film and looking for a new challenge, he decided to take his experience, background and love of all things New York and apply it to a career in real estate, first at Corcoran and now at Compass. No stranger to high-pressure situations involving big budgets, tight deadlines and larger than life personalities, Patrick has successfully applied his experience and expertise to serve his clients’ needs buying and selling real estate all around New York City but especially in Brownstone Brooklyn. Knowing every client is unique, has specific needs and is important, he always makes sure to understand fully, what those needs are and work hard to meet them and often exceed them with record breaking sales and smooth transactions.
As a lifelong New Yorker, Patrick has an insider's view of and connection to the city, especially Brooklyn. Need to know where to get the best children's hair cut? The latest art exhibit you should see? A place to buy mid-century furniture? The best BBQ? A great personal trainer, mechanic, baby sitter? If he doesn't know the answer straight away, his network will know, and he will quickly tell you. Currently living in Boerum Hill with his wife who works in fashion and their two children, when he is not working hard for his clients, you can find Patrick on his bike riding laps in Prospect Park, spending time with his family and friends, volunteering, taking photos, playing squash, enjoying art, working on his motorcycle at his garage in Gowanus or coaching kids as a certified US Ski Association race coach at Butternut Mountain in the Berkshires.
