"My wife and I hired Peter to sell our apartment at ## Park Avenue. He took care of everything from preparing the property for market to creating a marketing strategy. Peter understood the market for pre-war Condominiums, he negotiated with prospective purchasers, and smoothly coordinated the closing in our desired time frame. Peter was always clear with this communication and through his work, we got a record price for the apartment line in the building! We highly recommend hiring Peter after a very positive experience.”

“Both Fae and I wanted to thank you for your participation in making these transactions possible. It certainly hasn't been a "piece of cake!" Yet, this afternoon, all parties involved, all emotions included, all misunderstandings cleared, etc. we concluded something quite extraordinary. At least, we feel that way.
The venture only begins, and either way, your names, faces, roles, will be permanently engraved in our hearts.”
-Eric, Fae, and Mini-Elinor, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

“As you know Nina and I have been living ## Riverside Drive for a number of months. Enough time to get a sense of the place. We love it!
Without you, it is very likely we would not have the place. We had rather precise demands –something in Manhattan, but affordable, located so it was easy to escape the city; something that was old, but not too old, with character; something that was near a subway; something that had three bedrooms; something with plenty of light, etc.. You were tireless in finding properties to look at. You were very skilled in helping us to make a selection of the apartment we actually wanted –pointing out strengths and weaknesses.
Then, after we had decided upon a place to pursue you were creative in helping us pursue it. We were interested in a coop, and you were brilliant in helping us with the handling the board. We needed to understand the finances of the coop, you were wise there. You were absolutely decisive in helping us to acquire a mortgage.
I found you cosmopolitan, knowledgeable, and tireless. In sum, if one can talk of a brilliant realtor, you were one. Thank you very much, and all the very best. We will send you business.”

Peter has represented me and my husband twice: both in the purchase and sale of our Brooklyn apartment.
In 2014, when we bought our first home through Peter, the market for apartment sales in Brooklyn was extremely fast-paced and competitive. Peter helped us to navigate this difficult market and put forth competitive offers while still finding a great value for our money. We were able to close on an apartment within our desired budget, timeframe, and neighborhood, and we were happily situated before our wedding.
A little over two years later, when we found out we were having a baby and needed more space, Peter helped us to sell that Brooklyn apartment. He helped us every step of the way from choosing the right list price and arranging the ideal staging conditions. Once we listed our home with Peter, we had competing offers for well over asking within a week, and were in contract for $25k over asking within two weeks.
From the start, Peter was great to work with: he is personable, communicative, reliable, knowledgable and effective at his job. He has always treated us with respect and put forth his best efforts to make us happy as clients and as people. We are very happy and thankful that we were able to work with Peter on multiple occasions, and that he steered us in the right direction. We did even better on the apartment than we were hoping for, and we are thrilled with the work Peter did for us.
If we had to do it all again, we would choose Peter again in an heartbeat. Highly recommended!
-Carol Berkow, Business Manager & Legal Counsel at the Montran Corporation

“When I was looking for a new location, Peter was my exclusive buyer broker. He was honest, creative, pleasant, and hard-working. Once, when I saw a new lead for a possible location, he was there within hours, negotiating with the owner on my behalf. He immediately followed up by performing necessary due diligence. In short, he surpassed my expectations in both service and integrity. Peter is a good person to have in your court!”
