Phillip Bonanni is a licensed real estate salesperson and member of the
Jacques Cohen Team at Compass in New York City. After starting as an intern
at Compass in early 2016, he quickly gained a reputation as an extremely
fast paced, hard working individual. These characteristics, along with his
advanced networking skills and charisma quickly earned him a spot on the
Jacques Cohen Team.
Originally hailing from The Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, Phillip attended a performing arts high school where he played the upright bass with a focus on jazz music. Phillip continued his education at Hofstra University, where he received a B.A. in Finance.
From studying under to now working alongside Jacques Cohen, Phillip has been exposed to top negotiation skills as well as first hand involvement with iconic properties. Working on a team whose founder has handled over $200 million in residential transactions, Phillip can guarantee the highest level of performance and professionalism in the industry.
