A native and lifelong New Yorker, Ronald grew up in the southern part of Brooklyn first in Sheepshead Bay and then Bensonhurst. He later moved to the Upper East Side where he lived for 8 years before moving back to Brooklyn, to Park Slope, where he's lived with his fiance for the past 3 years. Ronald knows how important it is to stay on top of the real estate market in New York and enjoys doing so. His people-skills give him an edge in negotiations and he is adept at getting the numbers right to get a deal done. Ronald is accessible day and night 7 days a week and is often corresponding with clients from 7am until as late as needed. Ronald listens to the needs of his sellers and buyers, and then is honest, respectful, thorough and responsive in addressing those needs. You can often find him hosting showings around Park Slope, attending events at Brooklyn Academy of Music or at the Barclays center. Ronald can educate on trends in the market and is happy to provide tours for anyone not familiar with Brooklyn or Manhattan to get them familiar with a certain area or neighborhood.
