Ryan came into the world of residential real estate after working in the commercial sector as a landlord and tenant representative. Raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico from the age of seven, Ryan went on to graduate from the University of Vermont as an Art History major with a minor in the German language, in which he is proficient. Prior to real estate, he worked as a manager at Paul Kasmin gallery for four years.
