Sienam (pronounced See-Näm) loves a dare. A serial entrepreneur, she is born to be in real estate as each new transaction is unique and offers a fresh challenge. She collaborates with her clients to "make it happen" and deliver the results. Armed with exceptional service ethic, intuitive listening, out of the box thinking, skilled negotiation methods and understanding of global cultures Sienam has build her business almost exclusively through referrals from happy clients.
A Manhattan resident for the past sixteen years Sienam has exceptional knowledge of the market and New York neighborhoods. As a successful hospitality entrepreneur, Sienam wielded many hats- overseeing the dining experience of over a million patrons, adding multiple locations in the tri-state area negotiating leases and franchises, overseeing financial reporting and profitability forecasting, training teams and managing compliance to regulatory and brand requirements. It is the same eye for detail and financial savvy that she brings to her real estate clients.
Originally from India where she completed her education, Sienam started her career in fashion working for top names like Levi’s, Liz Claiborne and Tommy Hilfiger. Traveling the world extensively resulted in Sienam’s passion for food and global flavors. So she joined hands with her husband and started a restaurant in New York, eventually adding six franchise locations and a gourmet food truck. After selling her business, she entered the real estate industry and is loving every minute of it. Her honest approach while helping clients’ balance their emotional perspective with a financial one is what they love about to her.
Sienam still loves the food scene in New York, the only place in the world where you can get Ethiopian right next to Sushi and Italian! She loves traveling the world but nothing beats coming back home downtown, where she is proud to be raising her children.
