B.A. in Communication Studies from Pace University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Steve has served on the board of the Stonewall Community Foundation and is a member of the junior board of Urban Pathways.

With a background in marketing and public relations, he has a unique perspective on the real estate market. He creates an individualized plan of action for each client, representing both sellers and buyers, using his marketing skills and vast market knowledge to best position properties for sale and buyers for success in a very competitive environment.
Steve strongly believes that every client needs representation by an agent who is smart, knowledgeable and who has a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals. He takes the time to get to know his clients, many of whom become friends, in order to best understand their priorities, needs, tastes, and short- and long-term goals. He constantly analyzes current market conditions to see how individual factors affect the New York market, so he can better advise clients.
Prior to joining Compass, Steve was part of the top producing team at Sotheby's International Realty, and previously worked with the Corcoran Group. He began his career in public relations, working with travel and economic development clients. As his interest in real estate grew, he secured a position at a top real estate public relations firm in New York, working on new development marketing and publicizing real estate development and marketing companies.
Steve completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at New York University. He received his BA in Communication Studies from Pace University. His passion for real estate started when he was young, growing up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where his mother successfully sold high-end real estate for over 20 years. He enjoys reading, music and exploring New York. Steve has served on the board of the Stonewall Community Foundation and is a member of the junior board of Urban Pathways.
