Raised in Atlanta, Courtney attended the University of Tennessee and lived abroad in London before relocating to New York City 14 years ago. Nicole Bilu is a true native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, attended college in Manhattan and currently residing in Windsor Terrace overlooking her favorite park with her family. After years of observing and sometimes advising friends and family through their real estate experiences Nicole realized she had a passion for the industry. She hit the ground running in 2015 and has not looked back. She prides herself on her people skills, strong network and devoted work ethic. She has experience with co-ops, condos and houses and has worked for both buyers and sellers.
Prior to real estate Nicole worked in hospitality and event design for 25 years. Having owned many restaurants and nightclubs with her husband in New York and Miami gives her a unique perspective and talent for anticipating clients needs, service and vision for creating beautiful spaces.
When she is not working you can find Nicole at her dojo practicing fitness and kickboxing, walking in Prospect Park, trying out new recipes with the farmers market purchases of the day or in the Catskills working at her newly purchased boutique resort Glen Falls House.
