About The Takk Team
The Takk Team was founded in 2013 and consists of Takk Yamaguchi, Danielle Stout, and support from Jennifer Baker.
Takk was born in Tokyo and moved to the Washington, DC area as a child. Takk is a member and guest speaker of The Real Estate Board of New York and has been the recipient of several industry awards in recent years, including Top Rental Agent of the Year in 2009 and 2010, Rookie of the Year Award in 2009, and Top Rental Lister of the Year of 2010. Takk is also an accomplished musician who currently performs with the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra in New York City.
Danielle is an honors graduate of the Lehigh University Business School, where she double-majored in Finance and Management.
The team has strong alumni representation: Takk is also a double major of Lehigh University, where he founded Lehigh University’s Snowboarding Club and played on the lacrosse team. The team is also closely supported by Columbia graduate and Upper East Side native, Jennifer Baker.
