Her background as a Manhattan Supreme Court reporter on high-profile cases honed her ability to listen, analyze, and act with discretion—skills that now give her clients a powerful edge in real estate. Her time as a stage actor further shaped her ability to connect, communicate, and thrive in high-stakes environments.

Since 1998, Theresa has specialized in residential, investment, and commercial real estate, always striving to make the process seamless and rewarding for her clients. A dedicated community leader, she has served as a Board Member for the Dobbs Ferry Schools Foundation, led major fundraising efforts, and contributed to downtown revitalization projects.
