West Village, Chelsea, Soho, and East Village.
B.A. in Art History at New York University.
Thomas was raised in northern New Jersey and first became involved in real estate while obtaining his B.A. in Art History at New York University.
Previously an agent at Citi-Habitats, Thomas joined the Compass team in early 2014. Thomas’s candid assessment of the market, unwavering level of focus, complete transparency during the process, integrity in all his dealings, and ability to articulate and communicate well are the strengths his clients most appreciate. Over the years he has amassed a great deal of knowledge, but more importantly, has built exceptionally strong relationships with customers, clients, and building owners alike.
While at New York University, Thomas was hired as an assistant property manager for a private owner who had 20 buildings in the West Village, Chelsea, Soho and the East Village. What was initially a part-time endeavor turned into an eleven-year career in the field of property management. In the summer of 2012, he was admitted to law school but decided to forego returning to school and continue to pursue his passion for New York City real estate as a full-time licensed salesperson.
Thomas is also an accomplished artist and abstract oil painter. He resides in the West Village and owns a home in Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
