Raised internationally and comfortable communicating in five languages, Tony Sargent brings nearly two decades of experience with the New York ultra-luxury real estate market to the table, customizing his approach for each individual client. Moving homes many times across continents in his youth strengthened Tony’s listening skills, making him highly sensitive to his clients’ needs—whether buyers or sellers—and drives his tireless work ethic to smoothly deliver the best results.

Strong connections with a global network of top attorneys, brokers, and other industry professionals allow him to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible, particularly for people moving to or from New York.

An accomplished photographer and painter, Tony’s natural eye for design and staging, has delivered six figures extra in returns for his sellers due to his adept ability to highlight a property’s signature features uniquely, increasing buyer demand. Buyers frequently compliment his ability to perfectly match their needs, and his exceptional service is supported by a 90 percent referral rate.

A business graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School, Tony started his CMU track in engineering but found business and finance more suited his strong left-right brain dynamics. To get his start in New York, he cold-called the head of Dun & Bradstreet's Internal Audit Department while still in university to set up the interview, was selected as only three of fifty candidates, and that delivered him his first job in New York City where he moved to from Switzerland. From there he worked his way up in finance and and then at 31 became the General Manager of a successful hip-hop music label based in London and New York. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and is a globally sought-after public speaker.

Tony is a member of NYRAC (New York Real Estate Continuum) and REBNY, and accredited as an NYRS associate broker.
