    Wendy Stephenson

    Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

    About Wendy

Following 30 years of working for IBM in sales, management, and strategy Wendy became a top producing real estate agent in Brooklyn.

During her IBM career she lived and worked in Madison, WI; Atlanta, GA; Hong Kong; Philadelphia, PA; Somers, NY and in the New York Metropolitan area. While at IBM she bought and sold four homes before settling with her husband in Brooklyn in 2001. After retiring from IBM, real estate was a natural second career as it combined the skills she built in the corporate world, her passion for Brooklyn and her experience buying and selling her own properties.

Wendy and her husband have lived in Prospect Heights since 2001 and are supporters of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park Alliance. Wendy loves to travel and has been to more than fifty countries, including Hong Kong where she lived and worked for four years. Her prior work and life experience have taught Wendy the importance of staying on top of the real estate market, listening to the needs of her sellers and buyers, and then being respectful, thorough and responsive in addressing those needs. She brings those traits to all of her buyers and sellers at Compass. Wendy’s buyers and sellers describe her as: Thorough, Responsive, Professional, and On Top of the Market.

The following are quotes from a few of Wendy’s clients:

    - “You are one of those rare people who do what they say they will and live up to expectations.”

    - “I count this as the best experience I’ve had with a broker.”

    - “I appreciated your professionalism, efficiency and success in selling my home.”

 - “Your professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.”
