The NYM² Team, founded by Gilbert Morales and Jessica Meis, is a real estate sales and marketing team with over 30 years of combined experience in the New York City real estate market. They specialize in sales, rentals, investment properties, new development, and consulting. Their deep roots in New York City and its suburbs provide them with an extensive understanding of the real estate markets in which they operate.

Gilbert Morales, a NYC native, is not only a successful real estate agent but also a writing and literature Professor at The City University of New York. He is an accomplished marathoner, Ironman triathlete, and actively volunteers for The Smile Train Organization, a non-profit organization that provides corrective surgeries for children born with cleft lips and palates.

Jessica Meis, also a native of Queens, NY, has a passion for experiencing new cultures, languages, and travel destinations. She obtained a Masters and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and helps her patients regain function post-trauma. Her greatest accomplishment, however, is being a mom to her amazing son.
